Balanced Vibrations Booking, Cancellation and Waitlist Policies: Booking Policy: • A valid contact number and email address are required to confirm your booking. • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. • No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Waitlist Policy: • If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. You will be notified if an opening becomes available. • Waitlist appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full payment will still be required. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show.
